UK & International Clients
Our file upload service is based in the UK (London), our company server is located in Denbighshire, North Wales, and our transcribers are based solely in the UK. Our secure email service is also UK based, so all communication is sent in the UK and does not leave the country at any time.
All English to English standard transcription remains in the UK at all times and no data is transferred overseas or stored offshore at any time in the process.
EU Clients
If you are an EU client all data will remain within the EU via our Dublin office, although at present the GDPR rules in both the UK and the EU are aligned, which means that data can travel between the two jurisdictions. If the systems diverge in future we are still able to provide the same level of service to our EU clients. Our EU office and website can be viewed here: www.tptranscription.ie
