We have received your file uploads safely to our SSL Secure Server and they will now be transcribed. Our Transcription Manager has been notified of the files and will personally email you to confirm receipt within 12 hours.
If we have already quoted for the work we will transcribe your files and return to you within the time frames agreed. If you have uploaded the files but not requested a quote then we will contact you with an accurate quote as soon as possible prior to commencing work.
